Rectifier modules

Hot-plug rectifier is fully digital controlled. Active cooling provide high performance while maintaining the small size. The hot-plug rectifiers are quickly and easily user installed and removed without effecting the system. 
 

Alarms and System monitoring

The NS systems alarms are monitored via CM (Comunication Module). The NS system are available with either basic or advanced monitoring. The two options allow the system to be optimally configured to meet specific application requirements.  Remote indication of these alarms can be made via potential free alarm contacts. Each system includes front panel LEDs, CM allows display detailing system conditions and measured values (e.g. current, voltage, temperature) on PC.

System setting

A lot of systém parameters can be remote controlled by Internet. Setting parameters are: Output Voltage, alarms tresholds, LVD voltage, Functional battery test etc.
 

Distribution

DC Distribution provides the system DC load and batteries connections. Each system supports battery string connected via the supplied breakers. NS system also feature a convenient connection point for a temporary battery string, which can be used during battery services. DC loads for the NSD systems are connected using breakers. The battery and DC load protection device is monitored via the MC (Master Controller).
 

Mechanical Design

Each 19“ Power Rack system has been design for ease of cable management. All systems support  front and back access connectivity. The distribution module of the NSD is equipped with  terminals for battery and load connections and is set back within the rack to aid with cable routing. Conector RJ45 for internet connection is availaible from the front side of the system.
