Characteristic and Goals

The basic orientation is aimed on development and production of switching power supplies and switching adaptors for industry and information and safety technique.

Own development capacities enable to solve and realize products according to specific customers´ requirements (OEM, ODM).

A customer and his needs are major for solving power supply problems, for product development and innovation.

Continuous aiming to determinate segment of switching power supplies and supply systems brings high quality of projection solution as well as technology-production realization of products.

The main goals of business, technical and production activities is a high quality and safe production with parameters and prices suitable for customers, with fast and operative solving their needs.

Production Schedule and Orientation

Self-cooling AC/DC switching power supplies with an output between 6 and 300 W in the following versions:

• adaptors into the socket with an output between 6 and 25 W designed for wide use in power supplying of electronic devices, so called „plug-in" power supplies; a version with a signalisation of state could be used as a charger of lead accumulators with a commensurate capacities
• power supplies on DIN rail with an output between up to 300 W designed to be mounted into switchboards together with other elements of powered device with applications in different fields including industrial ones; also possible to be used as an accumulator charger in conjunction with a modulus controlling charging process (30 W)
• power supplies open frame with an output between 6 and 105 W are modules without outward cover designed to be mounted straight into the powered devices
• desktop adaptors with an output 40 W designed for powering office and industrial devices; they are possible to be used also as a lead accumulator charger

Forced-cooling AC/DC switching power supplies with an output between 70 and 1000 W in the following versions:

• universal ones with an output 70 W
• customer ones with an output between 70 W and 1000 W

Switching power supplies – converters DC/DC:

• customer ones – parameters and version according to customers requirements

Orientation of the Production Schedule

• Self-cooling AC/DC power supplies with an output up to 1800 W
• Forced-cooling AC/DC power supplies with an output up to 1000 W
• Self-cooling power supplies – converters DC/DC up to 150 W .

Technical, Production and Business Capabilities

• Development workplace as well as production facilities are located in the seat of the company in Hrušovany u Brna in the area enabling unlimited expansion.
• Engineering-technical workers, in straight contact with a customer, suggest an optimisation of supply system, improve parameter specification and subsequently solve development which result is production of new or a customer-modified power supply.
• Technical preparation of production and production and related processes themselves are controlled and realized according to the policy of the system of quality control given by norms ISO 9000. Products and their components are tested on equipments and devices guaranteeing defined quality.
• Production capacities enable flexible reaction on term and quantity of customers´ requirements and changes of agreements. Present average production of 1000 pcs per week could be multiply increased during a very short time.
• All products meet IEC safety and EMC standarts. The sale of products also meets conditions for certificate confirming the original of the goods EUR 1, which enables to use preferences of European market.
• Sales warranty for quality and safety of products is guaranteed in the trade documentation and delivery documents. Service and possible repairs are secured both in warranty and after warranty terms.
